The Right Stuff
The Right Stuff - Advanced Issues in Team Coaching is a special series of group mentoring tele-calls. It's comprised of four, 90-minute calls (one each month) and provides team coaches with the opportunity to:
- Discuss team coaching issues and learn from one another.
- Share design ideas
- Share team coaching successes and laugh over our failures.
- Brainstorm solutions to tricky team situations.
- Support one another and have a ball!

Prerequisites: students must have completed ORSC Fundamentals, Intelligence, Geography and Path courses. There is a space limit of 20 participants per course.
Call topics will include:
- Working with funky emotional fields
- Who is the client? Navigating multiple clients and dual-role situations.
- Working with nested systems within the team.
- Productive vs non-productive conflicts.
- Tools for increasing positivity on the team.
- What is trying to happen on the team (is the elephant getting up or falling down?)
- What to do when challenged by the team?
