Linda Berlot, ORSCC
Linda is a Strategic Alignment specialist with more than 15 years experience in the fields of learning and development, organizational culture change and team dynamics and has been working in the United Arab Emirates since 2004.
She is a Certified Organizational Relationship Systems team coach, CRR Global faculty member and trainer and a Co-Active coach with a focus on coaching individuals and leadership teams to improve and maximize overall organizational performance .
As an experienced HR professional prior to becoming a coach, Linda held both operational and strategic roles and has been responsible for delivering culture transformation and change management initiatives in mid to large organizations.
Linda’s passion for the ORSC coaching model is fed by the results she has gained when working with companies and in particular, leadership teams where she has been able to create alignment and focus on the teams dynamics, key metrics, goals and business disciplines so that companies may get on track and stay on track in fast-moving environments.
Her considerable experience in managing these large scale culture and change projects brings skills which are well honed both in the GCC (Middle East) and internationally, she delivers tangible results quickly and effectively across a wide range of sectors including hospitality, retail, travel, advertising, training and distribution. Her clients include: Clarins Cosmetics, C Dior, Paris Gallery, St Gobain, National Bank of Abu Dhabi, Bayer, Dubai Royal Air Wing, and Abu Dhabi Finances.
